How do I start and what should I prepare?
Complete the form with your business name, category, location, phone and email. Our team contacts you about activation. You do not need to enter services, team members or schedules at this stage.
How much does BipMe cost?
BipMe is free through 31 December 2026, inclusive. From 1 January 2027, monthly prices are: Solo — 199 MDL, Start — 349 MDL, Team — 599 MDL, Business — 899–999 MDL and Large — from 1,299 MDL. Your plan depends on your number of specialists and locations. Annual billing includes 12 months for the price of 10, paid in full. The Business price is agreed within the displayed range; Large requires a custom quote. Submitting an application does not activate a paid subscription.
Do customers need an account or an app?
No. Customers can book in a browser, without an account or installation. They choose a service and time, then enter their name, phone and email.
Can I add bookings received by phone?
Yes. You can add an appointment manually with the service, time and customer details. It appears alongside your online bookings.
Are bookings confirmed automatically?
You choose manual or automatic confirmation for each service. The same rule applies to bookings through BipMe and the website widget. Availability is checked before a booking is created in both cases.
Do I need a website?
No. You get a BipMe page and a booking link to share in your bio, messages or a QR code. If you already have a website, you can add the booking widget.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. You can manage multiple locations from one account. From 2027, Business includes up to 3 locations; for a configuration beyond its limits, we discuss the Large option.
